• Requirements for Service: To be eligible for after-sales support, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Measurement Margin: Please allow for a 1–2 cm margin of error in sizing due to manual measurement and the handmade nature of our garments.

We ship our collections globally, primarily operating from China.

  • Pre-order & Restock Items: For specific series, please refer to the estimated shipping dates provided on the product page, as production cycles may vary due to complex quality control.

• Estimated Delivery Time:
